Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions and procedures for the use of the services provided by WellDailyLog.com (here in after referred to as the “Company“), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users, together with any other matters necessary for the operation of the services.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms shall become effective upon being published and made available to users.
  2. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms when circumstances change or when there are significant business-related reasons. Any amended Terms shall become effective in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

Any matters not expressly provided for in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.


Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Use of Services

Article 1 (Definition of Member)

A “Member” refers to an individual who has been approved by the Company as eligible for membership, has agreed to these Terms, completed the membership registration form, and has been issued a User ID and Password.

Article 2 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is established upon the Company’s approval of a user’s application and the user’s acceptance of these Terms.
  2. Applicants wishing to become members must provide the personal information requested by the Company.
  3. Upon approving an application, the Company shall notify the applicant of the assigned User ID and any other information deemed necessary.
  4. The User ID selected during registration cannot be changed, and only one User ID may be issued to each individual.
  5. The Company may refuse membership applications under any of the following circumstances:
    • a. The application is made using another person’s identity.
    • b. The applicant does not apply under their real name.
    • c. False information is provided in the application.
    • d. The application is made for purposes that violate public order, morality, or social ethics.

Article 3 (Use and Restrictions of the Service)

  1. Unless prevented by operational or technical reasons, the Service shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  2. The Company may temporarily restrict access to the Service for system maintenance or other necessary reasons after providing prior notice to Members.
  3. Online consultation services may not be available at all times due to the personal circumstances of the assigned consultants.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. The Service is provided free of charge to all registered Members.
  2. If the Company decides to introduce paid services, it shall provide prior notice regarding the implementation date, pricing policy, and applicable fees before such paid services take effect.

Chapter 3: Membership Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Restrictions

Article 1 (Membership Withdrawal)

  1. Members wishing to terminate their membership must submit a cancellation request directly to the administrator via email.
  2. The Member shall provide their name, national identification number, User ID, telephone number, and reason for withdrawal. The Company will verify the information against its records before processing the request.
  3. Withdrawal shall be deemed complete when the Member can no longer log in using their previous User ID and Password.

Article 2 (Re-registration)

  1. A former Member who has withdrawn may request re-registration by contacting the administrator via email.
  2. The applicant shall provide their name, national identification number, User ID, and telephone number for verification.
  3. Re-registration shall be considered complete once the applicant can successfully log in using their existing User ID and Password.

Article 3 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may suspend or terminate a Member’s access to the Service without prior notice if the Member:

  • a. Violates public order or accepted standards of morality.
  • b. Engages in criminal activities.
  • c. Uses the Service to harm national interests or the public good.
  • d. Uses another person’s User ID or Password without authorization.
  • e. Defames or causes harm to another individual.
  • f. Registers multiple accounts under different User IDs.
  • g. Interferes with or disrupts the proper operation of the Service.
  • h. Violates these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations.

Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability

Article 1 (Online Consultation)

  1. The Company will make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of consultation records so that they are not disclosed to third parties other than the consulting professional and Service administrators. However, the Company shall not be liable in the following cases:
    • a. Disclosure caused by the Member’s negligence in protecting their password.
    • b. Deletion of consultation records by the Member using the deletion function.
    • c. Disclosure or loss of consultation records due to natural disasters or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
  2. Authorized consultants may review previous consultation records and responses to provide comprehensive and appropriate assistance.
  3. Consultation records may be anonymized by removing personally identifiable information and used for the following purposes:
    • Academic research.
    • Publications, printed materials, or digital media.
    • FAQs or other educational and informational resources.
  4. Responses to consultations represent the professional opinions of the individual consultant and do not necessarily reflect the official views of the Company.
  5. The Company reserves the right to refuse all or part of an online consultation request if:
    • a. The same inquiry is repeatedly submitted.
    • b. The request contains offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.

Article 2 (Information Services)

  1. The information provided through the Service is intended solely for general informational purposes. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns and should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical care based on information obtained through the Service.
  2. The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, products, treatments, or healthcare providers. Any opinions expressed through the Service are solely those of the individual consultant, and the Company accepts no responsibility for their content.
  3. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided through the Service or opinions expressed by consultants, Members, or visitors. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or other disadvantage resulting from reliance upon such information.

Chapter 5: Obligations

Article 1 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. Unless exceptional circumstances prevent it, the Company shall provide Members with access to the Service.
  2. The Company shall endeavor to provide the Service continuously and reliably in accordance with these Terms.
  3. The Company shall process Member opinions or complaints submitted through the prescribed procedures and, if additional time is required, shall inform the Member of the reason and expected processing schedule.

Article 2 (Security of Member Information)

  1. Members are solely responsible for safeguarding their User ID and Password.
  2. Members agree to receive service-related emails as part of the Service.
  3. Members must promptly notify the Company if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their User ID.
  4. The Company will not sell or disclose personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties without prior consent, except that voluntarily submitted registration information may be used:
    • a. To assist developers in improving features, information, or services.
    • b. To provide advertisers with aggregated statistical information that does not identify individual Members.
    • c. To deliver personalized advertising or services based on Member preferences.
  5. Members may voluntarily disclose personal information within communication areas such as forums or message boards. Such information may be collected and used by third parties, and the Company cannot control or guarantee protection against such use.
  6. The Company may use cookies to improve user convenience, recognize returning visitors, and provide personalized services. Members may adjust their browser settings to refuse cookies, although doing so may affect certain Service functions.
  7. The Company may share and utilize Member information with affiliated business partners when necessary for providing or improving the Service, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall first be resolved through mutual consultation between the parties whenever possible.
  2. If legal proceedings become necessary, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Chapter 7: Affiliate Links Disclosure

The Company may include affiliate links within the Service to support website operation and improve its services. These links connect users to products or services that the Company recommends and currently uses as part of its online business operations. If a user makes a purchase through an affiliate link, the Company may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user.

  1. The Company is committed to transparency by disclosing the use of affiliate links. Purchases made through affiliate links do not increase the purchase price for users, and any commissions earned help support the continued operation and improvement of the website.
  2. The products and services promoted through affiliate links are selected according to the Company’s internal standards with the goal of providing genuine value to users.
  3. The Company assumes no direct responsibility for products or services provided by third-party vendors through affiliate links. Purchasing decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the user, and any product-related issues should be addressed directly to the relevant supplier.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any external websites accessed through affiliate links.

The purpose of this section is to ensure that users fully understand the Company’s use of affiliate links and are able to make informed decisions based on a relationship of transparency and trust.


These Terms and Conditions shall become effective on 18 June 2026.
